I use Site Vault it's the only backup program i can find that's easy to use for both mySQL backups and FTP backup at the same time in the same product that will also schedule the download... All my client sites that are backed up with this, 18 with mySQL DB's and 25 just FTP backup, to a NAS device in the office, also the restore process is a treat to use... Just creat your Mysql database first on your new host or after a catastrophy, and set it going, depending on the size of your site your're up and running in no time. very very easy. okay it's $99 but you can't put a price on loosing everything, also i haven't found a product that restores so easily for the none techie... i've been running it now for 4 months without a glitch...!

I have a reseller account at http://www.DWHS.net They where attacked by a hacker(supposedly). They said that 40% of their servers where brought down. Three of my client sites where completely wiped out. I lost many files and hundreds of dollars of data. It took days to get the other sites back.
