In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

General Notes

If you have problems contacting us email directly to support@site-vault.com
If you have problems setting a schedule (windows error), just set windows to start SiteVault automatically and SiteVault will manage the schedule himself
If you have errors report please attach in a ZIP file all files from `SiteVault folder\data\logs`. If there are too big only send the most recent ones
For FTP related issues please determine the type of the FTP Server you are using, the operating system of the Server and what FTP client you regularly use with that Server

For Vista Users

You have the latest version from our repository
Do NOT install SiteVault in `Program Files`
Install SiteVault while logged in with administrator privileges
If you get security errors, right click SiteVault's icon and `Run as Administrator`
