General Notes |

- If you have problems contacting us email directly to ealexs@gmail.com
- If you have problems setting a schedule (windows error), just set windows to start SiteVault automatically and SiteVault will manage the schedule himself
- If you have errors report please attach in a ZIP file all files from `SiteVault folder\data\logs`. If there are too big only send the most recent ones
- For FTP related issues please determine the type of the FTP Server you are using, the operating system of the Server and what FTP client you regularly use with that Server

Please make sure you do the following
- You have the latest version from our repository
- Do NOT install SiteVault in `Program Files`
- Install SiteVault while logged in with administrator privileges
- If you get security errors, right click SiteVault's icon and `Run as Administrator`
