I use Site Vault it's the only backup program i can find that's easy to use for both mySQL backups and FTP backup at the same time in the same product that will also schedule the download...
All my client sites that are backed up with this, 18 with mySQL DB's and 25 just FTP backup, to a NAS device in the office, also the restore process is a treat to use... Just creat your Mysql database first on your new host or after a catastrophy, and set it going, depending on the size of your site your're up and running in no time. very very easy. okay it's $99 but you can't put a price on loosing everything, also i haven't found a product that restores so easily for the none techie... i've been running it now for 4 months without a glitch...!

Just wanted to drop you and note and let you know that I have been running the latest download for 5 days now with no issues whatsoever. Backups are running great, auto-delete is working great. It's turned out to be a very effective program. Thanks a lot! Let me know if there's anything I can help you with in the future in terms of beta testing or suggestions.

I have a reseller account at http://www.DWHS.net They where attacked by a hacker(supposedly). They said that 40% of their servers where brought down. Three of my client sites where completely wiped out. I lost many files and hundreds of dollars of data. It took days to get the other sites back. Your $99 dollar software looks pretty inexpensive right now.

I had to redo my site over because the server crashed and the backups I was making from the server did not reinstall my stuff clean and lost a ton of info, so I had to have them reload eve rything and start fresh ...... "live and learn"

Fantastic work - this is a great solution you guys have built. I only wish I were running it about 3 weeks ago, when my hosting provider dropped me an email to let me know that "due to a hardware failure" all sites, databases, and everything on my server was lost. :-{ .

We are servicing a network with many sites, housed on many servers, that are
updated daily by a number of content managers, during a recent server upgrade
some of our sites went missing. Having SiteVault running we were able to simply
upload the backup, both the FTP files and the MySQL data long before the hosting
company found an old version of our sites in their backups.

Fortunately we didn't have any problems so far, but we are certain that if one
arises we'll be able to manage it quickly, we keep daily backups of our sites
and if something were to happen, we'd simply upload the site and go on, we can't
afford business-continuity problems since all of our business is on the net.

Having the company web-sites updated daily with information from our content
managers and associates we'd be paralyzed just trying to update a week-old copy,

Dear Site-Vault,
Just a quick note to say how impressed I am with your software! I manage multiple mysql websites and my hosts severs were hacked last year and I lost a lot of data because I didnt have full back-up's. I then searched for a simple program, which combined a mysql back-up as well as a file back-up - so I was really happy when I found site vault!! I downloaded the trial and started backing up all my websites and database twice a day - ask anyone who has had to rebuild data - back up your work!!
Site Vault automatically starts when I switch my computer on, which means I cant forget to do my back-ups!
